“The evaluator will be recommending reaccreditation to the commission.” This is great news for our program and we want to thank everyone who helped by providing feedback, strategies, and insights for our continuous improvement plan.
The events we have been working on are taking shape. Our Career Talk Tuesdays are scheduled for the four Tuesdays following spring break. All students grades 5-8 and their families are invited to join 16 of our community leaders as they give insights into the career paths they followed. We have representatives from the medical, tourism, construction, education, manufacturing communities, as well as many more. Please join us for these inspiring events.
We also have our Curriculum Fair schedule for April 15th and 16th at the Sterling Community Center. Lots of curriculum vendors will be there as well as local businesses. Our focus is on serving the Kenai Peninsula Borough families and that is what we do.
Please call 907-714-8880 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Doug Hayman
