LESSON DESCRIPTION: Students will use gym after signing waivers of agreement along with parent permission. High school Students will have access to both gyms and all equipment on a 24/7 basis. Middle school parents must be present for supervision at all times. There is 24/7 security cameras in both gyms. No instuction will be provided by the 5th Ave staff except for basic instruction on use and safely of equipment.

SUBJECT DETAILS: Creative Arts, Language Arts and Emotional Social Learning
LESSON DESCRIPTION: Early Childhood Puppet Theater for Children Ages 6 to 9 with their caregivers. Classes are typically pods of up to 3 students who gather weekly for 90 minute classes for between 4 to 8 weeks. Children learn how to collaborate with others to create, prepare and perform puppet shows. Children will use their imagination and develop storytelling ideas with language to describe feelings, people, objects and events. Puppet Theater is project based and promotes self-management, social awareness and responsible decision-making. Above all, engaging with storytelling and puppetry is fun, tangible and bonding for families. All supplies for crafting puppets are provided. Program is provided at no charge to families. LESSON DESCRIPTION: Intervention and guidance in all ELA categories are provided. Accomplished Academics specializes in reading remediation for students k-8th grade. Assessments and diagnostice are performed and intervention plans are developed. All services and information are available on the website. All lessons are online. Elizabeth Bradbury is a 24 year teaching veteran with 10 years of reading intervention experience. She is a remote vendor. Formative assessments will happen during daily lessons. Summative assessments will happen biweekly and all lessons will be adjusted to meet the needs of the student as data is gathered and analyzed.
