LESSON DESCRIPTION: Our Cheer and Tumbling program offers a variety of classes for recreational and competitive options. Basic to advanced levels of tumbling as well as Elite Cheer Teams are instructed. A level system is adhered to for tumbling class, a variety of skills must be completed before athletes advance to the next level. A hands on approach and specialized equipment set our students athletes up for success. Students learn proper body positions, body awareness, balance, coordination, strength and so much more.
