LESSON DESCRIPTION: Skills taught, range from learning all aspects of the instrument i.e., strings, fretboard, bridge, saddle, tuners etc. to learning the fundamentals of how to play. Including hand/finger placement, body and instrument positions, basic to advanced chords, strumming and fingerstyle techniques. Basic to advanced music theory and note reading. Styles of music and how to play them. Scales, rhythm, picking patterns and move will be taught. Most materials will be provided to student in the form of photocopies or handwritten sheets of music/staff paper. I may suggest certain books to purchase depending on student.
