LESSON DESCRIPTION: ONLINE COURSE ONLY! Forte Violin Academy provides a comprehensive online curriculum for learning to play the violin. Students start from square one learning how to care for their instrument, to hold it properly , how to produce a good tone, learn to read music and understand theory and music history. Forte Violin academy utilizes the Suzuki Violin Method teaching students classical music as well as fiddle music including celtic, old time, bluegrass and contest style. Students will need a violin, Suzuki Violin Method book 1, and I Can Read Music Volume 1 for violin to participate in the course.
