LESSON DESCRIPTION: Karrigan Music Studio offers private instruction in piano, guitar and ukelele and group ensemble classes. The overarching goal of this studio is to pass on the ability to play, understand and experience the beauty of music from the past and present. All private instruction includes music theory, literacy in musical notation and technique that enables better artistry in music. Piano students may use Keith Snell Piano Series, Faber or John Thompson Piano curriculum. Guitar students may use Hal Leonard curriculum or repetoire from Lawrence Ferrara or Frederick Noad's collection. Ukelele students may use Hal Leonard curriculum in combination with lead sheets for songs from multipal genres depending on the students interest.
