Join a fun, hands-on educational opportunity for families! Keeping our watershed healthy takes a lot of people and effort.  We all enjoy our streams, rivers, and lakes.  People of all ages can contribute to that by doing basic water quality measurements, and even habitat assessments – collecting aquatic invertebrates to identify – another indicator of stream health.

Join us to learn how to use the Stream Testing Tools that are available to check out from the Homer Connections office.

We will meet at the Calvin & Coyle trail. The trailhead is at the end of Mariner Drive, just a mile east of downtown Homer, with a small parking lot and an information kiosk.
